It’s best to break the wedding day itself up into a series of events. Think about the different stages of the day and plan those accordingly. You have the time when everyone is getting ready, the ceremony, photographs, cocktail hour, reception, the meal, speeches and toasts, tossing of the garter and bride’s bouquet, and the party. By breaking each part down, you can find the right timings for the day and create ways to make the day extra special for the two of you. It’ll also make it far easier to see how you can incorporate your family and friends into the day in ways that make sense.

But equally important to adopting new healthy habits is knowing which unhealthy habits to ditch. Here are some things to think about to help you achieve that wedding glow inside and out:

🚫 Skip processed & sugary foods. These can cause energy crashes, bloating, and even dreaded breakouts – not the vibe you want for your big day! Stick to whole foods that fuel and nourish your body for sustained energy.

🥂 Say no to (or limit) alcohol. It’s tempting, but alcohol dehydrates your body, leaving your skin dull, and disrupting your sleep patterns. Rested, glowing, and hydrated > sluggish and tired. Save the "cheers" for your wedding day!

By making mindful choices now, you’re setting yourself up to walk into your wedding day feeling confident, vibrant, and ready to celebrate. 💃
